Tyler Hodge is a trial-focused workers’ compensation attorney at Franco Muñoz Law Firm who represents injured workers in disputes with employers and insurance carriers. He has already prevailed at trial on contested issues involving temporary disability benefits and modified-duty work, and he has helped resolve workers’ compensation matters involving six-figure benefits.
Before joining Franco Muñoz, Tyler gained civil-litigation experience as both an associate attorney and law clerk at California law firms. That background sharpened his skills in legal research, motion practice, case analysis, and client advocacy—tools he now brings to the representation of injured workers.
Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, formerly UC Hastings. He combines disciplined case preparation with practical litigation instincts, building the evidence necessary to challenge unsupported defense positions and pursue medical treatment, disability benefits, and fair resolutions for his clients.
At Franco Muñoz, Tyler approaches each case with a simple objective: understand what is at stake for the injured worker, develop the case thoroughly, and be prepared to litigate when the insurance company will not do what is right.
